The 5213A is a high-precision dual-axis MEMS accelerometer with a variable capacitance MEMS sensitive element that simultaneously outputs acceleration signals in both axial directions and features an air-damped and over-range stopper design that allows the MEMS sensitive element to withstand very high shocks. The sensor sensitivities and built-in circuitry are encapsulated in a gas-tight housing with mounting holes. The integrated cable design is waterproof and dustproof.
