The 5323A is a high-precision triaxial MEMS accelerometer with a variable capacitance MEMS sensitive element that simultaneously outputs acceleration signals in both axial directions and features air damping and an over-range stopper design that allows the MEMS sensitive element to withstand very high shocks. The sensor sensitivities and built-in circuitry are encapsulated in a gas-tight housing with mounting holes. The integrated cable design is waterproof and dustproof. Extremely high temperature stability and accuracy, specifically designed for acceleration measurements at low vibration levels in the aerospace and automotive sectors. Typical applications include vibration testing of overall body triaxial motion measurements after automotive collisions.
