The 5360A is a low-cost triaxial MEMS accelerometer that utilizes a variable capacitance MEMS sensitive element to simultaneously output acceleration signals in three axial directions. The sensor sensitive element and built-in circuitry are encapsulated in a gas-sealed housing with mounting holes, and the integrated cable design is waterproof and dustproof. With good temperature stability and accuracy, it is specially designed for small vibration measurements in harsh field environments.
