The sensitive element is a precision-machined MEMS chip, where a single block of monocrystalline silicon is etched and molded to form a full-bridge circuit in a small space. Specifically designed for crash test, chatter test, rough road test and other similar applications requiring small sensor mass and wide frequency response. Meets the requirements of SAEJ211 specification for impact test instruments and SAEJ2570 specification for simulated dummy testing.
