Quartz Flexure (MEMS) Accelerometer High-Low Temperature Test System: Temperature tests are conducted at different temperature points in a gravity field to determine the temperature coefficient of the accelerometer. This system is used for the 4-point tumbling test of accelerometers, in which several groups of accelerometers are measured continuously at four positions: 0°, 90°, 180° and 270°, and the test parameters are obtained through the calculation of software.
