JDB-KT-JB4 series quartz flexure accelerometer is a high-temperature and anti-vibration accelerometer, the product has excellent repeatability, start-up performance, high temperature and shock resistance and high reliability, etc. It can be used for both static and dynamic testing, and is also a standard vibration sensor.
The product adopts unique high-temperature and shock-resistant design, packaging technology and special circuitry, the product output current is proportional to the measured acceleration, providing static and dynamic acceleration measurements, the user can calculate the selection of the appropriate sampling resistor, to achieve high-precision output, and can be built-in temperature sensors according to user requirements, for the bias and scale factor compensation, to reduce the impact of the ambient temperature. It can replace QA650, T185, T160, JAE series products in-situ, but we adopt double torque converter structure, which is different from other company's products, and can make the accelerometer bias and scale factor more stable, with independent intellectual property rights. This product was launched in 2010, the number of deliveries reached thousands, after many years of application, it has been a mature product, especially in a large number of applications in oil drilling with drilling measurement.
Application areas: inclination testing of bridges, dams, oil wells, coal mines, etc., high-speed railroad control, and stability control of ships.
