The high-precision micro inertial measurement unit consists of domestically produced MEMS gyroscope chips, MEMS accelerometer chips, magnetometers and barometers with independent intellectual property rights, as well as their driving pickup circuits, temperature sensors, digital signal processing circuits and control software. It is equipped with algorithms such as full temperature compensation, nonlinear compensation, and installation error compensation, and outputs the angular velocity, linear acceleration, magnetic field strength, and atmospheric pressure of the measurement carrier in three axes through a high-speed digital interface.
